Our Story

Stellar Transaction began in 2014 when three former corporate consultants decided there had to be a better way to help businesses improve. They were tired of watching expensive frameworks fail because they ignored the realities of how organisations actually work.

The founding principle was simple: listen first, prescribe later. Instead of arriving with predetermined solutions, we would invest time understanding each client's unique context, constraints, and culture. Only then would we design processes that fit their specific needs.
